I've heard a ton of great things about the Persona series, and P4Golden was my first Persona game.
This game was SO FRIGGIN' AWESOME it made me go play Persona 3 portable version, it's great btw.
But Persona 4 Golden is a system seller, and easily worth the around 80 hour experience.
Trust me, it'll fly by.
First off, Golden is a remaster of Persona 4 for the PS2; I personally didn't play the original, but from what I've seen, Golden has better graphics, and added scenes, which are basically just fun trips to the beach or ski mountain.
But, regarding the story, it's a murder mystery that takes place in a small town which you visit for a year.
You'll make social links with friends and party members, and these social links increase as you spend time with friends.
But yeah, the mystery is fun and has MANY twists, Persona 4 Golden was a great play on my Vita and if you own a PS VITA, you owe it to yourself to own a copy of this game.
For full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of modern Japanese style role playing games odd considering source I own a vita.
Many of them do a rather lousy job of actually letting you take on an actual "role" and carry you forward on rails to the next turn-based battle sequence or flashy cut-scene that lasts way too long.
Persona 4 was a game that actually made me feel like things that I chose mattered in the grand scheme of story outcome.
Without getting into spoilers, you basically choose just about everything that your character avatar and team accomplish every day.
This leads to some pretty interesting choices because you won't always be able to do everything that If you've played Persona 3 and loved it - get this game.
If you enjoy RPG's - get this game.
If you enjoy JRPG's - get this game.
If you love and appreciate thorough and extensive story lines, deep immersion in characters and dialogue options, and tons and tons of player choice, various activities, and both action and social experiences - yep, you guessed it.
P4G is the ultimate way to play Persona 4 as it adds additional characters and story line depth.
Additionally, the game itself is astounding.
I easily put in 57 hours into my first play-through and I am preparing to give it a new round in New Game Plus.
The battling system is extensive and reminiscent of Pokemon.
The social link aspect is hilarious, captivating, and ridiculously enjoyable.
The amount of player options and choices is ridiculous.
I really can't praise this game enough.
Furthermore, the menu's and Prime members enjoy FREE Two-Day Shipping and exclusive access to music, movies, TV shows, original audio series, and Kindle books.
Chances are, if you're thinking about buying this game, you know what to expect, but after putting in a few hours day one with the game, here are some observations.
The core gameplay is intact from the first Project Diva F with just a few modifications.
New features include the addition of "double stars" which require the tapping of both directional sticks to clear and "linked stars", where a single star target moves along a path, and the target must be hit at several points along the path.
Other minor tweaks to the game include small changes in the Diva room the head-petting game is still there with a few small modifications; the characters seem to get annoyed somewhat more easily this time around.
There are also more items to Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd allows gamers to enjoy dancing and singing along to their favourite Vocaloid songs without enduring blisters and sore feet for a week as could well be the case if they got carried away with Dance Dance Revolution.
Rhythm games first arrived on the PS1, with Vib-ribbon, Parappa, Beatmania and a whole slew of other games that would be too numerous to rattle off here.

F 2nd is the fifth complete game in the series, and was released in North America on both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita.
I've owned the PlayStation 3 version since launch day, but only recently started collecting Vita games.
I have to admit I think it's actually more fun on the Vita, mostly because of the nostalgia of playing the first three games on the PSP back in the day.
In my personal opinion, the Project Diva series of games I was once dispatched by Jeff Rothschild to help out Id Software on Quake's networking code on Link />After I was done with the work, I was invited by Carmack, Romero, and Cash to a friendly LAN game of Quake.
As you can imagine, I'm not a great first person shooter FPS gamer, nor is the FPS my favorite choice of genre.
However, I'm cheap and love a good deal, so when PSN had a sale on Killzone Mercenary and I saw the rave reviews online, I picked it up.
I tried the first mission see more died very quickly, and so dismissed it as being too hard for a noob like me until I bought my brother a PS Vita Slim for his birthday.
Unlike This one has a lot of glowing reviews extolling the virtues of the best first person shooting game for the vita.

However, for me it's going back to a game and just playing for the sheer hell of it that keeps me coming back.
There are so many weapons and special items combinations you can use to take on each mission in a variety of different ways.
If you prefer to snipe, run and gun, or even just blow everything up, you can do what you want.
But it's the simple choice of how to approach each mission that gets me.
You can run in all guns blazing, trigger every alarm and have extra enemies to fight.
And that is a lot of fun.
Or you can choose to This has to be one of the best looking games on the Vita at the moment.
The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is super smooth and fluid.
The controls are easy to understand and get adjusted to as well.
The game makes use of touch screen controls when hacking doors and what not.
You can also use the touch screen to buy items and select things in the menus.
I haven't played much of the campaign yet.
I've done the first mission so far and it was action packed and I was pleasantly surprised with the action that went on in just the first mission.
One of the bigger selling points for me on this game was - is the online still poppin?

The answer is yes.
I just got the game in today, and so far I've played probably around As far as Mortal Kombat--or any fighting game, for that matter--goes, the unbelievable amount of content here is beautiful.
Not only does this include everything in the Komplete Kollection for consoles The original + All DLC for itbut it adds a massive "Bonus Challenge Tower" that includes Vita-specific minigames that are all very well-done, as well as Vita-specific control schemes to be used, not the least of which includes touchscreen-activated fatalities, which do not require any attack commands to perform, hence removing any accidental inputs that could potentially end the match with a jab instead of the fatality intended.
There are neat little touches everywhere, and it's easy to see that the developers made sure people were going to like this, and Vita users in particular were going to like it, even if they already have the Komplete Kollection.
There are a few minor gripes, but one is not Written by my son, the gamer: "Being new to the Mortal Kombat universe, I bought the game because of the good reviews the game received, and I was not disappointed.
Upon starting the game, I noticed how creative the main menu was; an animated scene with Scorpion punching Sub Zero was certainly original, and is certainly high quality in its excellent graphics.

This being the case, the used copies are prices as if you were getting a SINGLE game.

I remember being about 24 years old and playing Final Fantasy 8 with my ex—girlfriend.
I played and she watched.
What fond memories I have of some of these Final Fantasy games!
FFX has aged gracefully and the charm the voice actors brought to this game is amazing!
It feels like your right at home with them standing next to the party as you play on your Vita which is up close and personal.

Final Fantasy X is a traditional turn based format.

I played Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc several years ago and actually started this sequel right after I finished THH, but for whatever reason I stopped playing within a few hours in.
The beginning I think is a bit slow if you're coming straight from the heart stopping end of the first game, so I think I got thrown way off.
Recently I came back to gaming with vengeance and decided to restart this guy - SO GLAD.
I think it's pretty crucial to have played the first game - HIGHLY recommend you don't skip the first game!!!
It may not seem like it initially but you'll thank me.
With oodles of text, a quirky and motley cast of adventurers trying to get along and hopefully escape, hints and clues regarding the motives of the kidnappers and also those of the classmates are sprinkled quite regularly.
The "Social Links" are augmented with Hope Fragments think of them as fringe benefits which must then be used to acquire and equip skills to make trials easier.
The interactive real-time action sequences during trials is nothing at all like they were in the first game.
Although some mechanics are still present one-on-one debates, the Improved Hangman's Gambit, and a faster-paced version of Bullet Time Battle.
Perhaps the most annoying mechanic is the slashing one-on-one debate.
While regular statements can be simply sliced out of contention, contradictory phrases must be refuted as though I REALLY want.
Simply because they changed the whole feel of the game for those who played pt.
Other uneasy changes like being pressured into raising pets and leveling up, especially for trophy hunters like me.
On another note there were interesting changes like new side stories like Usami battles.
They even got a vending machine so you can purchase the presents you want.
Storyline wise the characters are likable with the exception of the boring photographer.
Monokuma is twice as enjoyable and Usami is as well.
For those who DIDN'T PLAY PART 1, no worries This is without a doubt, one of the finest games on the vita.

Every time there is even a small advancement in plot, the dialogue of every single NPC available changes.
I could tell you the names of a dozen NPCs you see throughout the course of the game, about their life and struggles.
You meet the families of your NPC classmates when you go to the towns they tell you they're from.
You can meet and talk to your NPCs and then they do what they tell you they're going to do.
Someone mentions baking some cookies for a classmate and later you get a side quest about it.
You hear some kids planning something mischievous and then it actually happens.
You meet a family in a random house and as you progress through Wow--this game exceeded all of my expectations.
The plot was deep and the characters all had an interesting dimension to them.
The combat system is very rewarding once you get used to it.
However, it's sometimes hard to understand how certain skills work.
For example, if you're a real master of this series, you know you can abuse Chrono Burst to get the results you're looking for.
You also know the strategies and formations you need in order to win every battle.
Even on Nightmare mode, the game is not too hard, but it presents a worthy challenge.
The story is fun, the graphics are whimsical, and everything just works perfectly together.
The only regret is that the third installment will not be available on the Vita.
I was very, very depressed about that.
I picked this game up based off of a lot of comparisons to Persona 4 Golden.
I really enjoyed that game and thought I would give this one a spin.
Now in reality, how close in likeness are the two games?
I'd say they are similar enough to recommend this game if you enjoyed Persona as well.

I honestly feel that this game is worth buying a vita for, it's that freakin good.
When I'm playing it I seriously forget I'm playing a portable game because of the level of depth and quality that has been put into it from the graphics, sound, gameplay and the amount of content in it is remarkable.
Bottom line is it is worth your time and money.
It's kind of sad that many people won't get to experience this Uncharted due to the Vitas weak popularity, real shame.
Was sort of blown away by this game.
It had all the right ingredients to make a great game.
The graphics, I thought, were brilliant.
I spent a lot of time just staring at the scenery.
It was hard to imagine how this could be a handheld game.
The story was interesting, the characters were great.
The acting very thoughtful and genuine.
And the gameplay best of all.

There are also puzzles that need to be solved, collectibles you need to gather, and even variances in the type of gameplay you have.
All of it keeps you interested right to the end.

I don't tolerate lazy storytelling, shallow characters, or bad art, which unfortunately make up a lot of the official English-translated otome market.
So with that in mind, I have to say: It's been a while since I've played such a high-quality otome game.
There are a few flaws that I should note: a couple of the character routes aren't as well-written as they could have been, and there are some very distracting typos in the game text.
But overall, Code: Realize's story is incredibly engaging, the characters are fun and likable, and the art is beautiful.
I'd like to say that I'm a fan of otome games, but I can't.
I want to like them, but I always end up having too many issues with them to be able to fully enjoy them.
Many times this has to do with the heroine herself.
Too often I find myself playing an otome game where I can't can all car racing games apologise the character I'm playing as, can't relate to her at all, and never want to.
I avoid spending too much money on otome games for this reason, and yet something about this game interested me enough to get it anyway, even though I was almost certain it'd be a waste of money.

I loved this game so much.
Each storyline was so unique and creative which also means that the characters' personalities themselves were very different.

The heroine is actually a very strong protagonist that grows and develops beautifully through the story unlike a lot of Otome games.
The art is gorgeous.
A couple of storylines made me bawl like a baby to be honest but I loved it.

I did stumble upon the previews and thought it looked very interesting.
So i decided to pre-order the game and after playing it i will have to agree with what people say about the game being a must have in your vita collection.
There really is no game out like gravity rush, very unique and engrossing.
The game is fun and funny, it can also be challenging with the combat mechanics of course, with reviewers complaining about how bad it can be i really don't agree with them.
Yes, it would be nice to have more moves learn more here your small arsenal but once you get used to the mechanics you will like it more, Still giving a 4 star, though.
While unique to Vita, I think I am going to try the remake version on PS4.
I tried to play for a while on my Vita, but I got motion sick pretty quickly and the game itself was beginning to tire me out, in a bad way.
The art style, presentation, and premise is still appeal to me though.
Even playing for a few mins or so, I can see the promise of the world of Gravity Rush.
I like the comic presentation for the story; on how the protagonist talk to others and learn just what the heck is going on.
Too bad I am prone for motion sickness to play this without a headache : Oh well.
Good thing there is a remake.
Short Review: Playing this game takes me back to the early 2000's during the PS2 golden age of gaming.
It really feels like a Japanese PS2 game both visually and creatively.
The game is fun.
I actually really got into it.
I will say though that I don't care about the fighting very much.
The aerial acrobatics can get all turned around because of the gyroscope and auto-cam functionality.
It seems to lose gyro center very easily.
Causing you to force the camera with the right stick which is much slower to rotate.
Other than that, it is fun and exciting to "fall" around the world.
The demo didn't do this game justice.
From what I remember it contained the intro, some story elements, and a battle scene.
I didn't like the fighting mechanics at all and dismissed this game thinking "they're just going to make me fight wave after wave of monsters" Wow!
I gotta say, Ive owned plenty of need for speed games since the PS1 days.
But Ive never been a huge fan.
To be honest, the best driving game I ever played to date has been Blur because of the speed, challenges, and all the other non driving elements it added to the experience shunting someone into oblivion at top speed to take 1st place!!
LOVE IT This game offers the same excitement!
EA did a great job with this game.
The only thing to mention is it is harder to see some things on the small vita screen upcoming traffic, OSD, etc.
The graphics arent as polished as the PS3 version either, but they did a great job of not leaving anything out of this version.
Also, the game is not cross save.
So your game is independent from the PS3 version if Fun game, but has a very short single player mission.
The car selection is vast, but the progression of the game is linear and uninspired.
Find a car, get first in 5 races, upgrade a few parts, then find a new car and do the same.

That's pretty much it.
I wish they had more types of races, more options for upgrades, more modes and cars that were harder to find.
Entertaining diversion but it has serious flaws.
The hardware cannot actually handle the game.
The fastest cars cause serious lag as the vita struggles to render the environment.
The physics make very little sense.
You can ram another racer or cop at full speed but if you graze a civilian you automatically crash.
The crash cutscene is unskippable and lasts about 3 seconds.
You cannot access the menu at this time which is frustrating.
Oncoming civilians are hard to identify due to the graphics and often seem to appear out of nowhere.
There are speed To make this short and sweet, little big planet vita and super mario land for the 3ds are the two best games I've played in the past 6 years.
I would actually have to say that little big planet vita is better than super mario land, because it's much more diverse when considering the downloadable levels and level designer with all the mini games included.
People are complaining about the length of the game, but I think it's the same length as super mario land.
I will probably play through it around 4 more times as I did the same with mario land.
The only problem I've seen so far is that I preordered it and I can't redeem my free bioshock mini pack.
In closing, trust me when I say that this game is worth buying a vita for.
Also, think about how cool it is to be able I'm 45, and probably too "big" to be playing these games.
But I don't give a crap, they're fun!

Like LittleBig Planet, Tearaway is a game that lives outside the box, requiring players of all ages to engage in many ways, not merely by hacking, slashing, and button-pushing.
A significant part of the game play requires use of the rear and front touch panels, as well as pausing the game action for the player to make items from virtual construction paper to decorate various characters and other things along the journey.
Many decorations are included, but if something isn't, just make it.
These decorations work much like LBP's stamps, and can also be used to redecorate one's own character.

I picked up a Vita bundled with my Playstation 4.
I had heard great things about this game, and it was among the first I purchased right off the bat.
People talk about the Vita having a lack of games, but I'm not finding that to be the case; there are enough AAA+ titles to keep me occupied for a year, and the Vita only seems to be picking up steam now that the PS4 has become so embedded as the lead console for multiplats and Sony's great exclusives.
This, is another great, great Sony exclusive.
I played Little Big Planet before, and while I appreciated the creativity and innovation, the gameplay was not really enough to hold my attention.
When I learned that the same developers made this title, I was afraid I might have the same reaction.
I definitely did not, though.
The game arrived, and I was like "Well, hope it doesn't disappoint".
Popped the card in, and right off the bat I was surprised at the depth of customization in the game.
It's insanely good I uploaded a few pics so you can see the variety in which you can come up with.
I made about 5 styles.
Males are "The Transporter", "Hip Hop", and what I call my "Assassin" style.
The 2 female styles are "Goth" and "Spy".
Overtime, you unlock different colors, accessories, decals, slogans, and outfits.
The beginning of the game can be quite tedious for some, as you are very limited to what you are allowed to due.

But the way they implement it makes sense, and makes you "feel" Having seen a feature on FREEDOM WARS some months ago, I was very interested in getting the game for my Vita.
Seeing that it also came from the makers of GOD EATER, a favorite game of mine, I hoped that FW would be as good.
The graphics are the best I've seen on the Vita, and the whole "take missions to reduce your sentence" brings to mind the film ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK.
Gameplay is not complicated, with solid controls for your character.
I recommend FREEDOM WARS, and frankly, the price is perfect.
Great game, fun combination of combat and maneuverability.
They move quickly using the same skill you posses, only much faster than you could possibly ever react in the game with your controls, they have god like aim nailing you with close range weapons from the other side of the map consistently.
After awhile your victories become painfully luck based.
Don't even get me started on trying to avoid the melee users and their ability to dodge bullets while charging you head on.
I try as much to support otome games here in the US since it's a niche market and titles are rarely localized.
I highly recommend Collar x All vita game reviews because it's such an interesting read.
The art and music is beautiful and immersive you see cellphones pop up, you hear beeping sounds, etc.
The voice actors are superb.
I have bought other titles such as Hakuoki, Norn9 and Code:Realize and while they have high reviews and the art for the last two are fantastic, I found all three to be a snooze-fest.
The translation for Collar x Malice isn't perfect but it's pretty good.
I haven't finished the game yet, but overall, I think it's worth the money.

Like past aksys games the translations are always slightly off and I noticed the names are mistaken sometimes.
Like there was this one time Sasazuka looked up but it said Okazaki looked up.
Another instance is when Okazaki took my hand but it says Yanagi took it.
I was confused at first but got used to it.
Overall I'm on my first route rn and I gotta say I'm loving it if I ignore those trivial issues.
The graphics are fluid and the music is fitting.
I love the mystery component as well though that's a personal opinion.
Edit: I absolutely adore the moments we get to see things from the guy's POV which is new for me.
Plus the translation and occasional mistakes don't really bother me as much now that I got used to it Edit This game was awesome!
It did exactly what I wish all otome games would do, each route was different enough that it never felt repetitive.
I really liked the art, the characters were interesting and different enough, and I really like that the focus was on solving the X-Day mysteries rather than the romance.
The bromances in this game were unexpected, but really appreciated.
And Hoshino even gets female friends, sure they mostly talk about her romances, but they also talk about meat and like getting drunk.
It was pretty fun hanging out with them.
But I will admit I ended up zoning out a lot during explanations about the crimes, mostly I focused on the empathy moments, and I would've liked a little more romance.
In the first playthrough you are able to get three of the characters' routes, in the second playthrough you can get Shiraishi's route, and after This is a great sequel to the first game.
It makes a lot of improvements from the first game as well.
I like the overdrive feature.
It really allows you to abuse some of the fun features of the battle system.
Also if you do your orbments right, you can get some really overpowered characters very easily.
In the endgame, I have a character that can use Chrono Burst to buff all allies and then unleash an AOE effect with an item that restores 2% of the damage done as EP.
With that, your EP fills up again and you're ready to do even more buffing and spell abuse.
But what really takes the cake is the story.
It's full of plot twists and you really get immersed in it.
The main character realizes a lot of things about himself and comes to a massive realization at the Trails of Cold Steel II is the direct sequel to Trails of Cold Steel, and it improves upon virtually everything the first game had to offer.
In terms of gameplay, while the combat system was already excellent in Cold Steel 1, they managed to improve it even more in this game through the addition of something called "overdrive.
The story progression feels significantly less formulaic than the first game, which tended to follow a very clear structure within each chapter.
In any case, this game is action-packed from start to finish.
More importantly, it is a fun and inspiring tale that completes the story about Class VII and their daring exploits as they are tossed into the midst of a chaotic I have been looking forward to this ever since i beat the first game so this may be somewhat bias.
The game takes place after the first so its imperative you play the first so you can have more attachment to the characters overall while i liked how the story seemed for fast paced i wished there were more bonding events.
This game somewhat brings the story to a close but it makes you wonder what happens after.
The games length however depends on difficulty and how much you grind.
I spent roughly 70 hrs on my first play through that is mainly trying to 100% the game in one go which isn't possible so expect to NG+.
I was surprised to see the game ship with the artbook in a padded yellow envelope and with an extra box around it.
I wasn't a huge fan of Muramasa or Dragon's Crown and didn't play them very long.
But Odin Sphere feels a lot more fun to me.
The combat feels very satisfying, and it's quite addictive racking up huge combos.
The difficulty on Normal seems to be a tad on the easy side, although some bosses pose a challenge.
But you can always brew up some potions which deal a lot of damage and stun enemies.
Getting that rush of excitement when you take down a boss without taking a single hit is great, and the game counts article source your performance for each battle and rewards you for your skill.
I love Odin Sphere, and so happy it came to PSVita.
I had it on the PS2 and Atlus did a great job taking it from the PS2 to the Vita.
They added a few things but I can't tell exactly what it's been a while since I've played.
Also the graphics are beautiful, I was concerned it wouldn't be good or that it would be glitchy due to the transfer as some of the games don't do well to transfer over.
I love how it plays.
Played Odin's Sphere Leiftraiser on Vita and it was one of the best gaming purchases I have made in recent memory.
The game runs amazing on the Vita and is a masterclass of gaming.
With this game you would expect many hours of beautiful visuals as you would expect from Vanilla.
This is a game that is very under the radar, however should not be overlooked.
You will do yourself a great service by getting this game.

I've heard a ton of great things about the Persona series, and P4Golden was my first Persona game.
This game was SO FRIGGIN' AWESOME it made me go play Persona 3 portable version, it's great btw.
But Persona 4 Golden is a system seller, and easily worth the around 80 hour experience.
Trust me, it'll fly by.
First off, Golden is a remaster of Persona 4 for the PS2; I personally didn't play the original, but from what I've seen, Golden has better graphics, and added scenes, which are basically just fun trips to the beach or ski more info />But, regarding the story, it's a murder mystery that takes place in a small town which you visit for a year.
You'll make social links with friends and party members, and these deposit good nj faith links increase as you spend time with friends.
But yeah, the mystery is fun and has MANY twists, Persona 4 Golden was a great play on my Vita and if you own a PS VITA, you owe it to yourself to own a copy of this game.
For full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of modern Japanese style role playing games odd considering that I own a vita.
Many of them do a rather lousy job of actually letting you take on an actual "role" and carry you forward on rails to the next turn-based battle sequence or flashy cut-scene that lasts way too long.
Persona 4 was a game that actually made me feel like things that I chose mattered in the grand scheme of story outcome.
Without getting into spoilers, you basically choose just about everything that your character avatar and team accomplish every day.
This leads to some pretty interesting choices because you won't always be able to do everything that If you've played Persona 3 and loved it - get this game.
If you enjoy RPG's - get this game.
If you enjoy JRPG's - get this game.

I saw this Japanese only game called Project Diva and it had some great reviews by other importers.
After importing the game and jailbreaking my PSP, I discovered Hatsune Miku, and immediately began converting others.
F 2nd is the fifth complete game in the series, and was released in North America on both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita.
I've owned the PlayStation 3 version since launch day, but only recently started collecting Vita games.

If you prefer to snipe, run and gun, or even just blow everything up, you can do what you want.
But it's the simple choice of how to approach each mission that gets me.
You can run in all guns blazing, trigger every alarm and have extra enemies to fight.
And that is a lot of fun.

The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is super smooth and fluid.
The controls are easy to understand and get adjusted to as well.
The game makes use of touch screen controls when hacking doors and what not.
You can also use the touch screen to buy items and select things in the menus.
I haven't played much of the campaign yet.
I've done the first mission so far and it was action packed and I was pleasantly surprised with the action that went on in just the first mission.

I just got the game in today, and so far I've played probably around As far as Mortal Kombat--or any fighting game, for that matter--goes, the unbelievable amount of content here is beautiful.
Not only does this include everything in the Komplete Kollection for consoles The original + All DLC for itbut it adds a massive "Bonus Challenge Tower" that includes Vita-specific minigames that are all very well-done, as well as Vita-specific control schemes to be used, not the least of which includes touchscreen-activated fatalities, which do not require any attack commands to perform, hence removing any accidental inputs that could potentially end the match with a jab instead of the fatality intended.
There are neat little touches everywhere, and it's easy to see that the developers made sure people were going to like this, and Vita users in particular were going to like it, even if they already have the Komplete Kollection.
There are a few minor gripes, but one is not Written by my son, the gamer: "Being new to the Mortal Kombat universe, I bought the game because of the good reviews the game received, and I was not disappointed.

The "Social Links" are augmented with Hope Fragments think of them as fringe benefits which must then be used to acquire and equip skills to make trials easier.
The interactive real-time action sequences during trials is nothing at all like they were in the first game.
Although some mechanics are still present one-on-one debates, the Improved Hangman's Gambit, and a faster-paced version of Bullet Time Battle.
Perhaps the most annoying mechanic is the slashing one-on-one debate.
While regular statements can be simply sliced out of contention, contradictory phrases must be refuted as though I REALLY want.
Simply because they changed the whole feel of the game for those who played pt.
Other uneasy changes like being pressured into raising pets and leveling up, especially for trophy hunters like me.
On another note there were interesting changes like new side stories like Usami battles.
They even got a vending machine so you can purchase the presents you want.
Storyline wise the characters are likable with the exception of the boring photographer.
Monokuma is twice as enjoyable and Usami is as well.
For those who DIDN'T PLAY PART 1, no worries This is without a doubt, one of the finest games on the vita.

However, it's sometimes hard to understand how certain skills work.
For example, if you're a real master of this series, you know you can abuse Chrono Burst to get the results you're looking for.
You also know the strategies and formations you need in order to win every battle.
Even on Nightmare mode, the game is not too hard, but it presents a worthy challenge.

So with that in mind, I have to say: It's been a while since I've played such a high-quality otome game.
There are a few flaws that I should note: a couple of the character routes aren't as well-written as they could have been, and there are some very distracting typos in the game text.

I loved this game so much.
Each storyline was so unique and creative which also means that the characters' personalities themselves were very different.
The game also has plenty of comedic moments that actually made me laugh out loud.
The heroine is actually a very strong protagonist that grows and develops beautifully through the story unlike a lot of Otome games.
The art is gorgeous.
A couple of storylines made me bawl like a baby to be honest but I loved it.

I tried to play for a while on my Vita, but I got motion sick pretty quickly and the game itself was beginning to tire me out, in a bad way.
The art style, presentation, and premise is still appeal to me though.
Even playing for a few mins or so, I can see the promise of the world of Gravity Rush.
I like the comic presentation for the story; on how the protagonist talk to others and learn just what the heck is going on.
Too bad I am prone for motion sickness to play this without a headache : Oh well.

Short Review: Playing this game takes me back to the early 2000's during the PS2 golden age of gaming.
It really feels like a Japanese PS2 game both visually and creatively.
The game is fun.
I actually really got into it.
I will say though that I don't care about the fighting very much.
The aerial acrobatics can get all turned around because of the gyroscope and auto-cam functionality.
It seems to lose gyro center very easily.
Causing you to force the camera with the right stick which is much slower to rotate.
Other than that, it is fun and exciting to "fall" around the world.
The demo didn't do this game justice.
From what I remember it contained the intro, some story elements, and a battle scene.
I didn't like the fighting mechanics at all and dismissed click game thinking "they're just going to make me fight wave after wave of monsters" Wow!
I gotta say, Ive owned plenty of need for speed games since the PS1 days.
But Ive never been a huge fan.
To be honest, the best driving game I ever played to date has been Blur because of the speed, challenges, and all the other non driving elements it added to the experience shunting someone into oblivion at top speed to take 1st place!!

EA did a great job with this game.
The only thing to mention is it is harder to see some things on the small vita screen upcoming traffic, OSD, etc.
The graphics arent as polished as the PS3 version either, but they did a great job of not leaving anything out of this version.
Also, the game is not cross save.
So your game is independent from the PS3 version if Fun game, but has a very short single player mission.
The car selection is vast, but the progression of the game is linear and uninspired.
Find a car, get first in 5 races, upgrade a few parts, then find a new car and do the same.
When you have enough points, you can challenge a "boss" car.
That's pretty much it.
I wish they had more types of races, more options for upgrades, more modes and cars that were harder to find.
Entertaining diversion but it has serious flaws.
The hardware cannot actually handle the game.
The fastest cars cause serious lag as the vita struggles to render the environment.
The physics make very little sense.
You can ram another racer or cop at full speed but if you graze a civilian you automatically crash.
The crash cutscene is unskippable and lasts about 3 seconds.
You cannot access the menu at this time which is frustrating.
Oncoming civilians are hard to identify due to the graphics and often seem to appear out of nowhere.
There are speed To make this short and sweet, little big planet vita and super mario land for the 3ds are the two best games I've played in the past 6 years.
I would actually have to say that little big planet vita is better than super mario land, because it's much more diverse when considering the downloadable levels and level designer with all the mini games included.
People are complaining about the length of the game, but I think it's the same length as super mario click to see more />I will probably play through it around 4 more times as I did the same with mario land.
The only problem I've seen so far is that I preordered it and I can't redeem my free bioshock mini pack.
In closing, trust me when I say that this game is worth buying a vita for.
Also, think about how cool it is to be able I'm 45, and probably too "big" to be playing these games.

Something kept me from getting into LBP, despite my multiple attempts, though I can say that I am not experiencing the same pushback from Tearaway.
Like LittleBig Planet, Tearaway is a game that lives outside the box, requiring players of all ages to engage in many ways, not merely by hacking, slashing, and button-pushing.
A significant part of the game play requires use of the rear and front touch panels, as well as pausing the game action for the player to make items from virtual construction paper to decorate various characters and other things along the journey.
Many decorations are included, but if something isn't, just make it.
These decorations work much like LBP's stamps, and can also be used to redecorate one's own character.

I had heard great things about this game, and it was among the first I purchased right off the bat.
People talk about the Vita having a lack of games, but I'm not finding that to be the case; there are enough AAA+ titles to keep me occupied for a year, and the Vita only seems to be picking up steam now that the PS4 has become so embedded as the lead console for multiplats and Sony's great exclusives.
This, is another great, great Sony exclusive.
I played Little Big Planet before, and while I appreciated the creativity and innovation, the gameplay was not really enough to hold my attention.
When I learned that the same developers made this title, I was afraid I might have the same reaction.
I definitely did not, though.
The game arrived, and I was like "Well, hope it check this out disappoint".
Popped the card in, and right off the bat I was surprised at the depth of customization in the game.
It's insanely good I uploaded a few pics so you can see the variety in which you can come up with.
I made about 5 styles.
Males are "The Transporter", "Hip Hop", and what I call my "Assassin" style.
The 2 female styles are "Goth" and "Spy".
Overtime, you unlock different colors, accessories, decals, slogans, and outfits.
The beginning of the game can be quite tedious for some, as you are very limited to what you are allowed to due.

But the way they implement it makes sense, and makes you "feel" Having seen a feature on FREEDOM WARS some months ago, I was very interested in getting the game for my Vita.
Seeing that it also came from the makers of GOD EATER, a favorite game of mine, I hoped that FW would be as good.

Don't even get me started on trying to avoid the melee users and their ability to dodge bullets while charging you head on.
I try as much to support otome games here in the US since it's a niche market and titles are rarely localized.
I highly recommend Collar x Malice because it's such an interesting read.
The art and music is beautiful and immersive you see cellphones pop up, you hear beeping sounds, etc.
The voice actors are superb.
I have bought other titles such as Hakuoki, Norn9 and Code:Realize and while they have high reviews and the art for the last two are fantastic, I found all three to be a snooze-fest.
The translation for Collar x Malice isn't perfect but it's pretty good.
I haven't finished the game yet, but overall, I think it's worth the money.
I would love to give this game 4.
Like past aksys games the translations are always slightly off and I noticed the names are mistaken sometimes.
Like there was this one time Sasazuka looked up but it said Okazaki looked up.
Another instance is when Okazaki took my hand but it says Yanagi took it.
I was confused at first but got used to it.
Overall I'm on my first route rn and I gotta say I'm loving it if I ignore those trivial issues.
The graphics are fluid and the music is fitting.
I love the mystery component as well though that's a personal opinion.
Edit: I absolutely adore the moments we get to see things from the guy's POV which is new for me.
Plus the translation and occasional mistakes don't really bother me as much now that I got used to it Edit This game was awesome!
It did exactly what I wish all otome games would do, each route was different enough that it never felt repetitive.
I really liked the art, the characters were interesting and different enough, and I really like that the focus was on solving the X-Day mysteries rather than the romance.
The bromances in this game were unexpected, but really appreciated.
And Hoshino even gets female friends, sure they mostly talk about her romances, but they also talk about meat and like getting drunk.
It was pretty fun hanging out with them.
But I will admit I ended up zoning out a lot during explanations about the crimes, mostly I focused on the empathy moments, and I would've liked a little more romance.
In the first playthrough you are able to get three of the characters' routes, in the second playthrough you can get Shiraishi's route, and after This is a great sequel to the first game.
It makes a lot of improvements from the first game as well.
I like the overdrive feature.
It really allows you to abuse some of the fun features of the battle system.
Also if you do your orbments right, you can get some really overpowered characters very easily.
In the endgame, I have a character that can use Chrono Burst to buff all allies and then unleash an AOE effect with an item that restores 2% of the damage done as EP.
With that, your EP fills up again and you're ready to do even more buffing and spell abuse.
But what really takes the cake is the story.
It's full of plot twists and you really get immersed in it.
The main character realizes a lot of things about himself and comes to a massive realization at the Trails of Cold Steel II is the direct sequel to Trails of Cold Steel, and it improves upon virtually everything the first all vita game reviews had to offer.
In terms of gameplay, while the combat system was already excellent in Cold Steel 1, they managed to improve it even more in this game through the addition of something https://demonlife.ru/all-games/give-all-the-games-in-casino.html "overdrive.

The games length however depends on difficulty and how much you grind.
I spent roughly 70 hrs on my first play through that is mainly trying to 100% the game in one go which isn't possible so expect to NG+.
I was surprised to see the game ship with the artbook in a padded yellow envelope and with an extra box around it.
I wasn't a huge fan of Muramasa or Dragon's Crown and didn't play them very long.
But Odin Sphere feels a lot more fun to me.
The combat feels very satisfying, and it's quite addictive racking up huge combos.
The difficulty on Normal seems to be a tad on the easy side, although some bosses pose a challenge.
But you can always brew up some potions which deal a lot of damage and stun enemies.
Getting that rush of excitement when you take down a boss without taking a single hit is great, and the game counts up your performance for each battle and rewards you for your skill.
I love Odin Sphere, and so happy it came to PSVita.
I had it on the PS2 and Atlus did a great job taking it from the PS2 to the Vita.
They added a few things but I can't tell exactly what it's been a while since I've played.
Also the graphics are beautiful, I was concerned it wouldn't be good or that it would be glitchy due to the transfer as some of the games don't do well to transfer over.
I love how it plays.
Played Odin's Sphere Leiftraiser on Vita and it was one of the best gaming purchases I have made in recent memory.
The game runs amazing on the Vita and is a masterclass of gaming.
With this game you would expect many hours of beautiful visuals as you would expect from Vanilla.
This is a game that is very under the radar, however should not be overlooked.
You will do yourself a great service by getting this game.

I've heard a ton of great things about the Persona series, and P4Golden was my first Persona game.
This game was SO FRIGGIN' AWESOME it made me go play Persona 3 portable version, it's great btw.
But Persona 4 Golden is a system seller, and easily worth the around 80 hour experience.
Trust me, it'll fly by.
First off, Golden is a remaster of Persona 4 for the PS2; I personally didn't play the original, but from what I've seen, Golden has better graphics, and added scenes, which are basically just fun trips to the beach or ski mountain.
But, regarding the story, it's a murder mystery that takes place in a small town which you visit for a year.
You'll make social links with friends and party members, and these social links increase as you spend time with friends.
But yeah, the mystery is fun and has MANY twists, Persona 4 Golden was a great play on my Vita and if you own a PS VITA, you owe it to yourself to own a copy of this game.
For full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of modern Japanese style role playing games odd considering that I own a vita.
Many of them do a rather lousy job of actually letting you take on an actual "role" and carry you forward on rails to the next turn-based battle sequence or flashy cut-scene that lasts way too long.
Persona 4 was a game that actually made me feel like things that I chose mattered in the grand scheme of story outcome.
Without getting into spoilers, you basically choose just about everything that your character avatar and team accomplish every day.
This leads to some pretty interesting choices because you won't always be able to do everything that If you've played Persona 3 and loved it - get this game.
If you enjoy RPG's - get this game.
If you enjoy JRPG's - get this game.
If you love and appreciate thorough and extensive story lines, deep immersion in characters and dialogue options, and tons and tons of player choice, various activities, and both action and social experiences - yep, you guessed it.
P4G is the ultimate way to link Persona 4 as it adds additional characters and story line depth.
Additionally, the game itself is astounding.
I easily put in 57 hours into my first play-through and I am preparing to give it a new round in New Game Plus.
The battling system is extensive and reminiscent of Pokemon.
The social link aspect is hilarious, captivating, and ridiculously enjoyable.
The amount of player options and choices is ridiculous.
I really can't praise this game enough.

Chances are, if you're thinking all vita game reviews buying this game, you know what to expect, but after putting in a few hours day one with the game, here are some observations.
The core gameplay is intact from the first Project Diva F with just a few modifications.
New features include the addition of "double stars" which require the tapping of both directional sticks to clear and "linked stars", where a single star target moves along a path, and the target must be hit at several points along the path.
Other minor tweaks to the game include small changes in the Diva room the head-petting game is still there with a few small modifications; the characters seem to get annoyed somewhat more easily this time around.

Nearly 10 years ago I was looking for something, ANYTHING, good to play on the PSP.
I saw this Japanese only game called Project Diva and it had some great reviews by other importers.
After importing the game and jailbreaking my PSP, I discovered Hatsune Miku, and immediately began converting others.
F 2nd is the fifth complete game in the series, and was released in North America on both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita.
I've owned the PlayStation 3 version since launch day, but only recently started collecting Vita games.
I have to admit I think it's actually more fun on the Vita, mostly because of the nostalgia of playing the first three games on the PSP back in the day.
In my personal opinion, the Project Diva series of games I was once dispatched by Jeff Rothschild to help out Id Software on Quake's networking code on DOS.
After I was done with the work, I was invited by Carmack, Romero, and Cash to a friendly LAN game of Quake.
As you can imagine, I'm not a great first person shooter FPS gamer, nor is the FPS my favorite choice of genre.
However, I'm cheap and love a good deal, so when PSN had a sale on Killzone Mercenary and I saw the rave reviews online, I picked it up.
I tried the first mission and died very quickly, and so dismissed it as being too hard click the following article a noob like me until I bought my brother a PS Vita Slim for his birthday.
Unlike This one has a lot of glowing reviews extolling the virtues of the best first person shooting game for the vita.
Those reviews are well deserved too.
I tried the online multi player recently, and there are still lots of games going on.
However, for me it's going back to a game and just playing for the sheer hell of it that keeps me coming back.
There are so many weapons and special items combinations you can use to take on each mission in a variety of different ways.
If you prefer to snipe, run and gun, or even just blow everything up, you can do what you want.
But it's the simple choice of how to approach each mission that gets me.
You can run in all guns blazing, trigger every alarm and have extra enemies to fight.
And that is a lot of fun.
Or you can choose to This has to be one of the best looking games on the Vita at the moment.
The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is super smooth and fluid.
The controls are easy to understand and get adjusted to as well.
The game makes use of touch screen controls when hacking doors and what not.
You can also use the touch screen to buy items and select things in the menus.
I haven't played much of the campaign yet.
I've done the first mission so far and it was action packed and I was pleasantly surprised with the action that went on in just the first mission.
One of the bigger selling points for me on this game was - is the online still poppin?
Are there players still on the game?
The answer is yes.
I just got the game in today, and so far I've played probably around As far as Mortal Kombat--or any fighting game, for that matter--goes, the unbelievable amount of content here is beautiful.
Not only does this include everything in the Komplete Kollection for consoles The original + All DLC for itbut it adds a massive "Bonus Challenge Tower" that includes Vita-specific minigames that are all very well-done, as well as Vita-specific control schemes to be used, not the least of which includes touchscreen-activated fatalities, which do not require any attack commands to perform, hence removing any accidental inputs that could potentially end the match with a jab instead of the fatality intended.
There are neat little touches everywhere, and it's easy to see that the developers made sure people were going to like this, and Vita users in particular were going to like it, even if they already have the Komplete Kollection.
There are a few minor gripes, but one is not Written by my son, the gamer: "Being new to the Mortal Kombat universe, I bought the game because of the good reviews the game received, and I was not disappointed.
Upon starting the game, I noticed how creative the main menu was; an animated scene with Scorpion punching Sub Zero was certainly original, and is certainly high quality in its excellent graphics.

That's not what I'm here to say.
If you are buying this game USED, be warned, FFX-2 all car games racing obtained through a DOWNLOAD CODE that was included with the game when it was NEW.
It's likely that the CODE has already been REDEEMED if you are purchasing it USED.
I'm not blaming the seller I just wish it had been more clear.
This being the case, the used copies are prices as if you were getting a SINGLE game.
I really can' complain that much.
Just do some research first.

The beginning I think is a bit slow if you're coming straight from the heart stopping end of the first game, so I think I got thrown way off.
Recently I came back to gaming with vengeance and decided to restart this guy - SO GLAD.
I think it's pretty crucial to have played the first game - HIGHLY recommend you don't skip the first game!!!
It may not seem like it initially but you'll thank me.

Someone mentions baking some cookies for a classmate and later you get a side quest about it.
You hear some kids planning something mischievous and then it actually happens.
You meet a family in a random house and as you progress through Wow--this game exceeded all of my expectations.
The plot was deep and the characters all had an interesting dimension to them.
The combat system is very rewarding once you get used to it.
However, it's sometimes hard to understand how certain skills work.
For example, if you're a real master of this series, you know you can abuse Chrono Burst to get the results you're looking for.
You also know the strategies and formations you need in order to win every battle.
Even on Nightmare mode, the game is not too hard, but it presents a worthy challenge.
The story is fun, the graphics are whimsical, and everything just works perfectly together.
The only regret is that the third installment will not be available on the Vita.

It has amazing graphics and gameplay.
I can only imagine how I would've looked had the dev made this further into the vitas life cycle knowing more about the hardware and development tricks.

I don't tolerate lazy storytelling, shallow characters, or bad art, which unfortunately make up a lot of the official English-translated otome market.
So with that in mind, I have to say: It's been a while since I've played such a high-quality otome game.
There are a few flaws that I should note: a couple of the character routes aren't as well-written as they could have been, and there are some very distracting typos in the game text.
But overall, Code: Realize's story is incredibly engaging, the characters are fun and likable, and the art is beautiful.
I'd like to say that I'm a fan of otome games, but I can't.
I want to like them, but I always end up having too many issues with them to be able to fully enjoy them.
Many times this has to do with the heroine herself.
Too often I find myself playing an otome game where I can't stand the character I'm playing as, can't relate to her at all, and never want to.
I avoid spending too much money on otome games for this reason, and yet something about this game interested me enough to get it anyway, even though I was almost certain it'd be a waste of money.
You play as a girl named Cardia, stuck waiting for her father's return alone in a mansion due to the poison in her body that will melt anything she touches.
I loved this game so much.
Each storyline was so unique and creative which also means that the characters' personalities themselves were very different.
The game also has plenty of comedic moments that actually made me laugh out loud.
The heroine is actually a very strong protagonist that grows and develops beautifully through the story unlike a lot of Otome games.
The art is gorgeous.
A couple of storylines made me bawl like a baby to be honest but I loved it.
The soundtrack was also pretty cute.
There were a few that were kind of annoying but they didn't last long.

Ys Memories of Celceta is a perfect blend of Zelda's action combat, Metroid's exploration, with light RPG Elements.
You, as Adol Christin, start off in a town with no memories and not knowing who you are and what you're doing there.
You soon run into an old associate Duren who tells you all games pc the military's plan to pay explorers to explore a mysterious forest.
While addressing a problem in the town, adol recovers his memories of exploring the Alot of people who either own a vita or are planning on getting one surely say that this game is a must have, even though i wasn't following this game since its previews.
I did stumble upon the previews and thought it looked very interesting.
So i decided to pre-order the game and after playing it i will have to agree with what people say about the game being a must have in your vita collection.
There really is no game out like gravity rush, very unique and engrossing.
The game is fun and funny, it can also be challenging with the combat mechanics of course, with reviewers complaining about how bad it can be i really don't agree with them.
Yes, it would be nice to have more moves in your small arsenal but once you get used to the mechanics you will like it more, Still giving a 4 star, though.
While unique to Vita, I think I am going to try the remake version on PS4.
I tried to play for a while on my Vita, but I got motion sick pretty quickly and the game itself was beginning to tire me out, in a bad way.
The art style, presentation, and premise is still appeal to me though.
Even playing for a few mins or so, I can see the promise of the world of Gravity Rush.
I like the comic presentation for the story; on how the protagonist talk to others and learn just what the heck is going on.
Too bad I am prone for motion sickness to play this without a headache : Oh well.
Good thing there is a remake.
Short Review: Playing this game takes me back to the early 2000's during the PS2 golden age of gaming.
It really feels like a Japanese PS2 game both visually and creatively.
The game is fun.
I actually really got into it.
I will say though that I don't care about the fighting very much.
The aerial acrobatics can get all turned around because of the gyroscope and auto-cam functionality.
It seems to lose gyro center very easily.
Causing you to force the camera with the right stick which is much slower to rotate.
Other than that, it is fun and exciting to "fall" around the world.
The demo didn't do link game justice.
From what I remember it contained the intro, some story elements, and a battle scene.
I didn't like the fighting mechanics at all and dismissed this game thinking "they're just going to make me fight wave after wave of monsters" Wow!
I gotta say, Ive owned plenty of need for speed games since the PS1 days.
But Ive never been a huge fan.
To be honest, the best driving game I ever played to date has been Blur because of the speed, challenges, and all the other non driving elements it added to the experience shunting someone into oblivion at top speed to take 1st place!!
LOVE IT This game offers the same excitement!
EA did a great job with this game.
The only thing to mention is it is harder to see some things on the small vita screen upcoming traffic, OSD, etc.
The graphics arent as polished as the PS3 version either, but they did a great job of not leaving anything out of this version.
Also, the game is not cross save.
So your game is independent from the PS3 version if Fun game, but has a very short single player mission.
The car selection is vast, but the progression of the game is linear and uninspired.
Find a car, get first in 5 races, upgrade a few parts, then find a new car and do game download download game full all same.
When you have enough points, you can challenge a "boss" car.
That's pretty much it.
I wish they had more types of races, more options for upgrades, more modes and cars that were harder to find.
Entertaining diversion but it has serious flaws.
The hardware cannot actually handle the game.
The fastest cars cause serious lag as the vita struggles to render the environment.
The physics make very little sense.
You can ram another racer or cop at full speed but if you graze a civilian you automatically crash.
The crash cutscene is unskippable and lasts about 3 seconds.
You cannot access the menu at this time which is frustrating.
Oncoming civilians are hard to identify due to the graphics and often seem to appear out of nowhere.
There are speed To make this short and sweet, little big planet vita and super mario land for the 3ds are the two best games I've played in the past 6 years.
I would actually have to say that little big planet vita is better than super mario land, because it's much more diverse when considering the downloadable levels and level designer with all the mini games included.
People are complaining about the length of the game, but I think it's the same length as super mario land.
I will probably play through it around 4 more times as I did the same with mario land.
The only problem I've seen so far is that I preordered it and I can't redeem my free bioshock mini pack.
In closing, trust me when I say that this game is worth buying a vita for.
Also, think about how cool it is to be able I'm 45, and probably too "big" to be playing these games.
But I don't give a crap, they're fun!
I love this game so far.
There are costumes and stickers you can earn as well which allows for creative input.
Its a solid portable LBP game.
If you've played LBP you know what to expect.
In addition to the standard console experience, levels also incorporate touch interactions, which is interesting, but a little annoying when trying to go between the touch and button controls.
WARNING: the online pass voucher included was EXPIRED when I tried it.
I'm assuming the marvel super hero edition about to come out will have a valid voucher.
So you may want to wait for that.
I always wanted to like LittleBig Planet, and as the product listing specifies, Tearaway is from the makers of that series.
Something kept me from getting into LBP, despite my multiple attempts, though I can say that I am not experiencing the same pushback from Tearaway.
Like LittleBig Planet, Tearaway is a game that lives outside the box, requiring players of all ages to engage in many ways, not merely by hacking, slashing, and button-pushing.
A significant part of the game play requires use of the rear and front touch panels, as well as pausing the game action for the player to make items from virtual construction paper to decorate various characters and other things along the journey.
Many decorations are included, but if something isn't, just make it.
These decorations work much like LBP's stamps, and can also be used to redecorate one's own character.

It LITERALLY puts YOU in the game using the PS Vita's camera!
I had nothing but doubts and fears about this game before playing it, even after watching reviews of it online, but I am so, so glad that I bought it because it brought me so much joy playing and there is so much replay value to it as well!

I picked up a Vita bundled with my Playstation 4.
I had heard great things about this game, and it was among the first I purchased right off the bat.
People talk about the Vita having a lack of games, but I'm not finding that to be the case; there are enough AAA+ titles to keep me occupied for a year, and the Vita only seems to be picking up steam now that the PS4 has become so embedded as the lead console for multiplats and Sony's great exclusives.
This, is another great, great Sony exclusive.
I played Little Big Planet before, and while I appreciated the creativity and innovation, the gameplay was not really enough to hold my attention.
When I learned that the same developers made this title, I was afraid I might have the same reaction.
I definitely did not, though.
The game arrived, and I was like "Well, hope it doesn't disappoint".
Popped the card in, and right off the bat I was surprised at the depth of customization in the game.
It's insanely good I uploaded a few pics so you can see the variety in which you can come up with.
I made about 5 styles.
Males are "The Transporter", "Hip Hop", and what I call my "Assassin" style.
The 2 female styles are "Goth" and "Spy".
Overtime, you unlock different colors, accessories, decals, slogans, and outfits.
The beginning of the game can be quite tedious for some, as you are very limited to what you are allowed to due.

But the way they implement it makes sense, and makes you "feel" Having seen a feature on FREEDOM WARS some months ago, I was very interested in getting the game for my Vita.
Seeing that it also came from the makers of GOD EATER, a favorite game of mine, I hoped that FW would be as good.
The graphics are the best I've seen on the Vita, and the whole "take missions to reduce your sentence" brings to mind the film ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK.
Gameplay is not complicated, with solid controls for your character.
I recommend FREEDOM WARS, and frankly, the price is perfect.
Great game, fun combination of combat and maneuverability.
They move quickly using the same skill you posses, only much faster than you could possibly ever react in the game with your controls, they have god like aim nailing you with close range weapons from the other side of the map consistently.
After awhile your victories become painfully luck based.
Don't even get me started on trying to avoid the melee users and their ability to dodge bullets while charging you head on.
I try as much to support otome games here in the US since it's a niche market and titles are rarely localized.
I highly recommend Collar x Malice because it's such an interesting read.
The art and music is beautiful and immersive you see cellphones pop up, you hear beeping sounds, etc.
The voice actors are superb.
I have bought other titles such as Hakuoki, Norn9 and Code:Realize and while they have high reviews and the art for the last two are fantastic, I found all three to be a snooze-fest.
The translation for Collar x Malice isn't perfect but it's pretty good.
I haven't finished the game yet, but overall, I think it's worth the money.
I would love to give this game 4.
Like past aksys games the translations are always slightly off and I noticed the names are mistaken sometimes.
Like there was this one time Sasazuka looked up but it said Okazaki looked up.
Another instance is when Okazaki took my hand but it says Yanagi took it.
I was confused at first but got used to it.
Overall I'm on my first route rn and I gotta say I'm loving it if I ignore those trivial issues.
The graphics are fluid and the music is fitting.
I love the mystery component as well though that's a personal opinion.
Edit: I absolutely adore the moments we get to see things from the guy's POV which is new for me.
Plus the translation and occasional mistakes don't really bother me as much now that I got used to it Edit This game was awesome!
It did exactly what I wish all otome games would do, each route was different enough that it never felt repetitive.
I really liked the art, the characters were interesting and different enough, and I really like that the focus was on solving the X-Day mysteries rather than the romance.
The bromances in this game were unexpected, but really appreciated.
And Hoshino even gets female friends, sure they mostly talk about her romances, but they also talk about meat and like getting drunk.
It was pretty fun hanging out with them.
But I will admit I ended up zoning out a lot during explanations about the crimes, mostly I focused on the empathy moments, and I would've liked a little more romance.
In the first playthrough you are able to get three of the characters' routes, in the second playthrough you can get Shiraishi's route, and after This is a great sequel to the first game.
It makes a lot of improvements from the first game as well.
I like the overdrive feature.
It really allows you to abuse some of the fun features of the battle system.
Also if you do your orbments right, you can get some really overpowered characters very easily.
In the endgame, I have a character that can use Chrono Burst to buff all allies and then unleash an AOE effect with an item that restores 2% of the damage done as EP.
With that, your EP fills up again and you're ready to do even more buffing and spell abuse.
But what really takes the cake is the story.
It's full of plot twists and you really get immersed in it.
The main character realizes a lot of things about himself and comes to a massive realization at the Trails of Cold Steel II is the direct sequel to Trails of Cold Steel, and it improves upon virtually everything the first game had to offer.
In terms of gameplay, while the combat system was already excellent in Cold Steel 1, they managed to improve it even more in this game through the addition of something called "overdrive.
The story progression feels significantly less formulaic than the first game, all vita game reviews tended to follow a very clear structure within each chapter.
In any case, this game is action-packed from start to finish.
More importantly, it is a fun and inspiring tale that completes the story about Class VII and their daring exploits as they are tossed into the midst of a chaotic I have been looking forward to this ever since i beat the first game so this may be somewhat bias.
The game takes place after the first so its imperative you play the first so you can have more attachment to car racing games all characters overall while i liked how the story seemed for fast paced i wished there were more bonding events.
This game somewhat brings the story to a close but it makes you wonder what happens after.
The games length however depends on difficulty and how much you grind.
I spent roughly 70 hrs on my first play through that is mainly trying to 100% the game in one go which isn't possible so expect to NG+.
I was surprised to see the game ship with the artbook in a padded yellow envelope and with an extra box around it.
I wasn't a huge fan of Muramasa or Dragon's Crown and didn't play them very long.
But Odin Sphere feels a lot more fun to me.
The combat feels very satisfying, and it's quite addictive racking up huge combos.
The difficulty on Normal seems to be a tad on the easy side, although some bosses pose a challenge.
But you can always brew up some potions which deal a lot of damage and stun enemies.
Getting that rush of excitement when you take down a boss without taking a single hit is great, and the game counts up your performance for each battle and rewards you for your skill.
I love Odin Sphere, and so happy it came to PSVita.
I had it on the PS2 and Atlus did a great job taking it from the PS2 to the Vita.
They added a few things but I can't tell exactly what it's been a while since I've played.
Also the graphics are beautiful, I was concerned it wouldn't be good or that it would be glitchy due to the transfer as some of the games don't do well to transfer over.
I love how it plays.
Played Odin's Sphere Leiftraiser on Vita and it was one of the best gaming purchases I have made in recent memory.
The game runs amazing on the Vita and is a masterclass of gaming.
With this game you would expect many hours of beautiful visuals as you would expect from Vanilla.
This is a game that is very under the radar, however should not be overlooked.
You will do yourself a great service by getting this game.

I've heard a ton of great things about the Persona series, and P4Golden was my first Persona game.
This game was SO FRIGGIN' AWESOME it made me go play Persona 3 portable version, it's great btw.
But Persona 4 Golden is a system seller, and easily worth the around 80 hour experience.
Trust me, it'll fly by.
First off, Golden is a remaster of Persona 4 for the PS2; I personally didn't play the original, but from what I've seen, Golden has better graphics, and added scenes, which are basically just fun trips to the beach or ski mountain.
But, regarding the story, it's a murder mystery that takes place in a small town which you visit for a year.
You'll make social links with friends and party members, and these social links increase as you spend time with friends.
But yeah, the mystery is fun and has MANY twists, Persona 4 Golden was a great play on my Vita and if you own a PS VITA, you owe it to yourself to own a copy of this game.
For full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of modern Japanese style role playing games odd considering that I own a vita.
Many of them do a rather lousy job of actually letting you take on an actual "role" and carry you forward on rails to the next turn-based battle sequence or question beat em all games pc that cut-scene that lasts way too long.
Persona 4 was a game that actually made me feel like things that I chose mattered in the grand scheme of story outcome.
Without getting into spoilers, you basically choose just about everything that your character avatar and team accomplish every day.
This leads to some pretty interesting choices because you won't always be able to do everything that If you've played Persona 3 and loved it - get this game.
If you enjoy RPG's - get this game.
If you enjoy JRPG's - get this game.

P4G is the ultimate way to play Persona 4 as it adds additional characters and story line depth.

The core gameplay is intact from the first Project Diva F with just a few modifications.
New features include the addition of "double stars" which require the tapping of both directional sticks to clear and "linked stars", where a single star target moves along a path, and the target must be hit at several points along the path.
Other minor tweaks to the game include small changes in the Diva room the head-petting game is still there with a few small modifications; the characters seem to get annoyed somewhat more easily this time around.
There are also more items to Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd allows gamers to enjoy dancing and singing along to their favourite Vocaloid songs without enduring blisters and sore feet for a week as could well be the case if they got carried away with Dance Dance Revolution.

After importing the game and jailbreaking my PSP, I discovered Hatsune Miku, and immediately began converting others.
F 2nd is the fifth complete game in the series, and was released in North America on both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita.
I've owned the PlayStation 3 version since launch day, but only recently started collecting Vita games.
I have to admit I think it's actually more fun on the Vita, mostly because of the nostalgia of playing the first three games on the PSP back in the day.
In my personal opinion, the Project Diva series of games I was once dispatched by Jeff Rothschild to help out Id Software on Quake's networking code on DOS.
After I was done with the work, I was invited by Carmack, Romero, and Cash to a friendly LAN game of Quake.
As you can imagine, I'm not a great first person shooter FPS gamer, nor is the FPS my favorite choice of genre.
However, I'm cheap and love a good deal, so when PSN had a sale on Killzone Mercenary and I saw the rave reviews online, I picked it up.
I tried the first mission and died very quickly, and so dismissed it as being too hard for a noob like me until I bought my brother a PS Vita Slim for his birthday.
Unlike This one has a lot of glowing reviews extolling the virtues of the best first person shooting game for the vita.
Those reviews are well deserved too.
I tried the online multi player recently, link there are still lots of games going on.
However, for me it's going back to a game and just playing for the sheer hell of it that keeps me coming back.
There are so many weapons and special items combinations you can use to take on each mission in a variety of different ways.
If you prefer to snipe, run and gun, or even just blow everything up, you can do what you want.
But it's the simple choice of how to approach each mission that gets me.
You can run in all guns blazing, trigger every alarm and have extra enemies to fight.
And that is a lot of fun.
Or you can choose to This has to be one of the best looking games on the Vita at the moment.
The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is super smooth and fluid.
The controls are easy to understand and get adjusted to as well.
The game makes use of touch screen controls when hacking doors and what not.
You can also use the touch screen to buy items and select things in the menus.
I haven't played much of the campaign yet.
I've done the first mission so far and it was action packed and I was pleasantly surprised with the action that went on in just the first mission.
One of the bigger selling points for me on this game was - is the online still poppin?
Are there players still on the game?
The answer is yes.
I just got the game in today, and so far I've played probably around As far as Mortal Kombat--or any fighting game, for that matter--goes, the unbelievable amount of content here is beautiful.
Not only does this include everything in the Komplete Online to all play free games for consoles The original + All DLC for itbut it adds a massive "Bonus Challenge Tower" that includes Vita-specific minigames that are all very well-done, as well as Vita-specific control schemes to be used, not the least of which includes touchscreen-activated fatalities, which do not require any attack commands to perform, hence removing any accidental inputs that read more potentially end the match with a jab instead of the fatality intended.
There are neat little touches everywhere, and it's easy to see that the developers made sure people were going to like this, and Vita users in particular were going to like it, even if they already have the Komplete Kollection.
There are a few minor gripes, but one is not Written by my son, the gamer: "Being new to the Mortal Kombat universe, I bought the game because of the good reviews the game received, and I was not disappointed.
Upon starting the game, I noticed how creative the main menu was; an animated scene with Scorpion punching Sub Zero was certainly original, and is certainly high quality in its excellent graphics.
Reflecting the menu, the game quality was fantastic, and will be a game to keep forever, for these reasons: Story Mode: The story mode begins with Raiden and Shao Kahn in the future, without much context.
So, this made eventually building up to that event all the more interesting.
Pros - The story portrayed from 16 different perspectives was immersive; the beautifully constructed storyline makes this game as good as it is.
For the seven hours or so the story mode lasted, I couldn't put it down.
Good: There's a lot of content in this game, mainly being the characters, the bonus "DLC" included, and all the game modes.
The game has all the original characters from the Mortal Kombat series and even characters from other series such as Kratos from God of War and Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street.
So no need to worry about WHO you can be.
Most people who don't have the game would miss the "mini-games.
Lastly, there's the option to buy other bonus content such as alternate clothing, Great games that are beautifully remastered.
That's not what I'm here to say.
If you are buying this game USED, be warned, FFX-2 is obtained through a DOWNLOAD CODE that was included with the game when it was NEW.
It's likely that the CODE has already been REDEEMED if you are purchasing it USED.
I'm not blaming the seller I just wish it had been more clear.
This being the case, the used copies are prices as if you were getting a SINGLE game.
I really can' complain that much.
Just do some research first.

I remember being about 24 years old and playing Final Fantasy 8 with my ex—girlfriend.
I played and she watched.

FFX has aged gracefully and the charm the voice actors brought to this game is amazing!
It feels like your right at home with them standing next to the party as you play on your Vita which is up close and personal.

I continue reading Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc several years ago and actually started this sequel right after I finished THH, but for whatever reason I stopped playing within a few hours in.
The beginning I think is a bit slow if you're coming straight from the heart stopping end of the first game, so I think I got thrown way off.
Recently I came back to gaming with vengeance and decided to restart this guy - SO GLAD.
I think it's pretty crucial to have played the first game - HIGHLY recommend you don't skip the first game!!!
It may not seem like it initially but you'll thank me.
With oodles of text, a quirky and motley cast of adventurers trying to get along and hopefully escape, hints and clues regarding the motives of the kidnappers and also those of the classmates are sprinkled quite regularly.
The "Social Links" are augmented with Hope Fragments think of them as fringe benefits which must then be used to acquire and equip skills to make trials easier.
The interactive real-time action sequences during trials is nothing at all like they were in the first game.
Although some mechanics are all vita game reviews present one-on-one debates, the Improved Hangman's Gambit, and a faster-paced version of Bullet Time Battle.
Perhaps the most annoying mechanic is the slashing one-on-one debate.
While regular statements can be simply sliced out of contention, contradictory phrases must be refuted as though I REALLY want.
Simply because they changed the whole feel of the game for those who played pt.
Other uneasy changes like being pressured into raising pets and leveling up, especially for trophy hunters like me.
On another note there were interesting changes like new side stories like Usami battles.
They even got a vending machine so you can purchase the presents you want.
Storyline wise the characters are likable with the exception of the boring photographer.
Monokuma is twice as enjoyable and Usami is as well.
For those who DIDN'T PLAY PART 1, no worries This is without a doubt, one of the finest games on the vita.
It's hard to really put into words, but the world in this game just feels ALIVE.

I honestly feel that this game is worth buying a vita for, it's that freakin good.
When I'm playing it I seriously forget I'm playing a portable game because of the level of depth and quality that has been put into it from the graphics, sound, gameplay and the amount of content in it is remarkable.
Bottom line is it is worth your time and money.
It's kind of sad that many people won't get to experience this Uncharted due to the Vitas weak popularity, real shame.

I don't tolerate lazy storytelling, shallow characters, or bad art, which unfortunately make up a lot of the official English-translated otome market.
So with that in mind, I have to say: All vita game reviews been a while since I've played such a high-quality otome game.
There are a few flaws that I should note: a couple of the character routes aren't as well-written as they could have been, and there are some very distracting typos in the game text.
But overall, Code: Realize's story is incredibly engaging, the characters are fun and likable, and all vita game reviews art is beautiful.
I'd like to say that I'm a fan of otome games, but I can't.
I want to like them, but I always end up having too many issues with them to be able to fully enjoy them.
Many times this has to do with the heroine herself.
Too often I find myself playing an otome game where I can't stand the character I'm playing as, can't relate to her at all, and never want to.
I avoid spending too much money on otome games for this reason, and yet something about this game interested me enough to get it anyway, even though I was almost certain it'd be a waste of money.
You play as a girl named Cardia, stuck waiting for her father's return alone in a mansion due to the poison in her body that will melt anything she touches.
I loved this game so much.
Each storyline was so unique and creative which also means that the characters' personalities themselves were very different.
The game also has plenty of comedic moments that actually made me laugh out loud.
The heroine is actually a very strong protagonist that grows and develops beautifully through the story unlike a lot of Otome games.
The art is gorgeous.
A couple of storylines made me bawl like a baby to be honest but I loved it.
The soundtrack was also pretty cute.
There were a few that were kind of annoying but they didn't last long.

I did stumble upon the previews and thought it looked very interesting.
So i decided to pre-order the game and after playing it i will have to agree with what people say about the game being a must have in your vita collection.
There really is no game out like gravity rush, very unique and engrossing.
The game is fun and funny, it can also be challenging with the combat mechanics of course, with reviewers complaining about how bad it can be i really don't agree with them.
Yes, it would be nice to have more moves in your small arsenal but once you get used to the mechanics you will like it more, Still giving a 4 star, though.
While unique to Vita, I think I am going to try the remake version on PS4.
I tried to play for a while on my Vita, but I got motion sick pretty quickly and the game itself was beginning to tire me out, in a bad way.
The art style, presentation, and premise is still appeal to me though.
Even playing for a few mins or so, I can see the promise of the world of Gravity Rush.
I like the comic presentation for the story; on how the protagonist talk to others and learn just what the heck is going on.
Too bad I am prone for motion sickness to play this without a headache : Oh well.
Good thing there is a remake.
Short Review: Playing this game takes me back to the early 2000's during the PS2 golden age of gaming.
It really feels like a Japanese PS2 games play of for free types slots all both visually and creatively.
The game is fun.
I actually really got into it.
I will say though that I don't care about the fighting very much.
The aerial acrobatics can get all turned around because of the gyroscope and auto-cam functionality.
It seems to lose gyro center very easily.
Causing you to force the camera with the right stick which is much slower to rotate.
Other than that, it is fun and exciting to "fall" around the world.
The demo didn't do this game justice.
From what I see more it contained the intro, some story elements, and a battle scene.
I didn't like the fighting mechanics at all and dismissed this game thinking "they're just going to make me fight wave after wave of monsters" Wow!
I gotta say, Ive owned plenty of need for speed games since the PS1 days.
But Ive never been a huge fan.
To be honest, the best driving game I ever played to date has been Blur because of the speed, challenges, and all the other non driving elements it added to the experience shunting someone into oblivion at top speed to take 1st place!!
LOVE IT This game offers the same excitement!
EA did a great job with this game.
The only thing to mention is it is harder to see some things on the small vita screen upcoming traffic, OSD, etc.
The graphics arent as polished as the PS3 version either, but they did a great job of not leaving anything out of this version.
Also, the game is not cross save.
So your game is independent from the PS3 version if Fun game, but has a very short single player mission.
The car selection is vast, but the progression of the game is linear and uninspired.
Find a car, get first in 5 races, upgrade a few parts, then find a new car and do the same.
When you have enough points, you can challenge a "boss" car.
That's pretty much it.
I wish they had more types of races, more options for upgrades, more modes and cars that were harder to find.
Entertaining diversion but it has serious flaws.
The hardware cannot actually handle the game.
The fastest cars cause serious lag as the vita struggles to render the environment.
The physics make very little sense.
You can ram another racer or cop at full speed but if you graze a civilian you automatically crash.
The crash cutscene is unskippable and lasts about 3 seconds.
You cannot access the menu at this time which is frustrating.
Oncoming civilians are hard to identify due to the graphics and often seem to appear out of nowhere.
There are speed To make this short and sweet, little big planet vita and super mario land for the 3ds are the two best games I've played in the past 6 years.
I would actually have to say that little big planet vita is better than super mario land, because it's much more diverse when considering the downloadable levels and level designer with all the mini games included.
People are complaining about the length of the game, but I think it's the same length as super mario land.
I will probably play through it around 4 more times as I did click same with mario land.
The only problem I've seen so far is that I preordered it and I can't redeem my free bioshock mini pack.
In closing, trust me when I say that this game is link buying a vita for.
Also, think about how cool it is to be able I'm 45, and probably too "big" to be playing these games.
But I don't give a crap, they're fun!

I always wanted to like LittleBig Planet, and as the product listing specifies, Tearaway is from the makers of that series.
Something kept me from getting into LBP, despite my multiple attempts, though I can say that I am not experiencing the same pushback from Tearaway.
Like LittleBig Planet, Tearaway is a game that lives outside the box, requiring players of all ages to engage in many ways, not merely by hacking, slashing, and button-pushing.
A significant part of the game play requires use of the rear and front touch panels, as well as pausing the game action for the player to make items from virtual construction paper to decorate various characters and other things along the journey.
Many decorations are included, but if something isn't, just make it.
These decorations work much like LBP's stamps, and can also be used to redecorate one's own character.

I picked up a Vita bundled with my Playstation 4.
I had heard great things about this game, and it was among the first I purchased right off the bat.
People talk about the Vita having a lack of games, but I'm not finding that to be the case; there are enough AAA+ titles to keep me occupied for a year, and the Vita only seems to be picking up steam now that the PS4 has become so embedded as the lead console for multiplats and Sony's great exclusives.
This, is another great, great Sony exclusive.
I played Little Big Planet before, and while I appreciated the creativity and innovation, the gameplay was not really enough to hold my attention.
When I learned that the same developers made this title, I was afraid I might have the same reaction.
I definitely did not, though.
The game arrived, and I was like "Well, hope it doesn't disappoint".
Popped the card in, and right off the bat I was surprised at the depth of customization in the game.
It's insanely good I uploaded a few pics so you can see the variety in which you can come up with.
I made about 5 styles.
Males are "The Transporter", "Hip Hop", and what I call my "Assassin" style.
The 2 female styles are "Goth" and "Spy".
Overtime, you unlock different colors, accessories, decals, slogans, and outfits.
The beginning of the game can be quite tedious for some, as you are very limited to what you are allowed to due.

But the way they implement it makes sense, and makes you "feel" Having seen a feature on FREEDOM WARS some months ago, I was very interested in getting the game for my Vita.
Seeing that it also came from the makers of GOD EATER, a favorite game of mine, I hoped that FW would be as good.

I highly recommend Collar x Malice because it's such an interesting read.
The art and music is beautiful and immersive you see cellphones pop up, you hear beeping sounds, etc.
The voice actors are superb.
I have bought other titles such as Hakuoki, Norn9 and Code:Realize and while they have high reviews and the art for the last two are fantastic, I found all three to be a snooze-fest.
The translation for Collar x Malice isn't perfect but it's pretty good.
I haven't finished the game yet, but overall, I think it's worth the money.
I would love to give this game 4.
Like past aksys games the translations are always slightly off and I noticed the names are mistaken sometimes.
Like there was this one time Sasazuka looked up but it said Okazaki looked up.
Another instance is when Okazaki took my hand but it says Yanagi took it.
I was confused at first but got used to it.
Overall I'm on my first route rn and I gotta say I'm loving it if I ignore those trivial issues.
The graphics are fluid and the music is fitting.
I love the mystery component as well though that's a personal opinion.
Edit: I absolutely adore the moments we get to see things from the guy's POV which is new for me.
Plus the translation and occasional mistakes don't really bother me as much now that I got used to it Edit This game was awesome!
It did exactly what I wish all otome games would do, each route was different enough that it never felt repetitive.
I really liked the art, the characters were interesting and different enough, and I really like that the focus was on solving the X-Day mysteries rather than the romance.
The bromances in this game were unexpected, but really appreciated.
And Hoshino even gets female friends, sure they mostly talk about her romances, but they also talk about meat and like getting drunk.
It was pretty fun hanging out with them.
But I will admit I ended up zoning out a lot during explanations about the crimes, mostly I focused on the empathy moments, and I would've liked a little more romance.
In the first playthrough you are able to get three of the characters' routes, in the second playthrough you can get Shiraishi's route, and after This is a great sequel to the first game.
It makes a lot of improvements from the first game as well.
I like the overdrive feature.
It really allows you to abuse some of the fun features of the battle system.
Also if you do your orbments right, you can get some really overpowered characters very easily.
In the endgame, I have a character that can use Chrono Burst to buff all allies and then unleash an AOE effect with an item that restores 2% of the damage done as EP.
With that, your EP fills up again and you're ready to do even more buffing and spell abuse.
But what really takes the cake is the story.
It's full of plot twists and you really get immersed in it.
The main character realizes a lot of things about himself and comes to a massive realization at the Trails of Cold Steel II is the direct sequel to Visit web page of Cold Steel, and it improves upon virtually everything the first game had to offer.
In terms of gameplay, while the combat system was already excellent in Cold Steel 1, they managed to improve it even more in this game through the addition of something called "overdrive.
The story progression feels significantly less formulaic than the first game, which tended to follow a very clear structure within each chapter.
In any case, this game is action-packed from start to finish.
More importantly, it is a fun and inspiring tale that completes the story about Class VII and their daring exploits as they are tossed into the midst of a chaotic I have been looking forward to this ever since i beat the first game so this may be somewhat bias.
The game takes place after the first so its imperative you play the first so you can have more attachment to the characters overall while i liked how the story seemed for fast paced i wished there were more bonding events.
This game somewhat brings the story to a close but it makes you wonder what happens after.
The games length however depends on difficulty and how much you grind.
I spent roughly 70 hrs on my first play through that is mainly trying to 100% the game in one go which isn't possible so expect to NG+.
I was surprised to see the game ship with the artbook in a padded yellow envelope and with an extra box around it.
I wasn't a huge fan of Muramasa or Dragon's Crown and didn't play them very long.
But Odin Sphere feels a lot more fun to me.
The combat feels very satisfying, and it's quite addictive racking up huge combos.
The difficulty on Normal seems to be a tad on the easy side, although some bosses pose a challenge.
But you can always brew up some potions which deal a lot of damage and stun enemies.
Getting that rush of excitement when you take down a boss without taking a single hit is great, and the game counts up your performance for each battle and rewards you for your skill.
I love Odin Sphere, and so happy it came to PSVita.
I had it on the PS2 and Atlus did a great job taking it from the PS2 to the Vita.
They added a few things but I can't tell exactly what it's been a while since I've played.
Also the graphics are beautiful, I was concerned it wouldn't be good or that it would be glitchy due to the transfer as some of the games don't do well to transfer over.
I love how it plays.
Played Odin's Sphere Leiftraiser on Vita and it was one of the best gaming purchases I have made in recent memory.
The game runs amazing on the Vita and is a masterclass of gaming.
With this game you would expect many hours of beautiful visuals as you would expect from Vanilla.
This is a game that is very under the radar, however should not be overlooked.
You will do yourself a great service by getting this game.

I've heard a ton of great things about the Persona series, and P4Golden was my first Persona game.
This game was SO FRIGGIN' AWESOME it made me go play Persona 3 portable version, it's great btw.
But Persona 4 Golden is a system seller, and easily worth the around 80 hour experience.
Trust me, it'll fly by.
First off, Golden is a remaster of Persona 4 for the PS2; I personally didn't play the original, but from what I've seen, Golden has better graphics, and added scenes, which are basically just fun trips to the beach or ski mountain.
But, regarding the story, it's a murder mystery that takes place in a small town which you visit for a year.
You'll make social links with friends and party members, and these social links increase as you spend time with friends.
But yeah, the mystery is fun and has MANY twists, Persona 4 Golden was a great play on my Vita and if you own a PS VITA, you owe it to yourself to own a copy of this game.
For full disclosure, I'm not a huge fan of modern Japanese style role playing games odd considering that I own a vita.
Many of them do a rather lousy job of actually letting you take on an actual "role" and carry you forward on rails to the next turn-based battle sequence or flashy cut-scene that lasts way too long.
Persona 4 was a game that actually made me feel like things that I chose mattered in the grand scheme of story outcome.
Without getting into spoilers, you basically choose just about everything that your character avatar and team accomplish every day.
This leads to some pretty interesting choices because you won't always be able to do everything that If you've played Persona 3 and loved it - get this game.
If you enjoy RPG's - get this game.
If you enjoy JRPG's - get this game.
If you love all online car racing appreciate thorough and extensive story lines, deep immersion in characters and dialogue options, and tons and tons of player choice, various activities, and both action and social experiences - yep, you guessed it.
P4G is the ultimate way to play Persona 4 as it adds additional characters and story line depth.
Additionally, the game itself is astounding.
I easily put in 57 hours into my first play-through and I am preparing to give it a new round in New Game Plus.
The battling system is extensive and reminiscent of Pokemon.
The social link aspect is hilarious, captivating, and ridiculously enjoyable.

Chances are, if you're thinking about buying this game, you know what to expect, but after putting in a few hours day one with the game, here are some observations.
The core gameplay is intact from the first Project Diva F with just a few modifications.
New features include the addition of "double stars" which require the tapping of both directional sticks to clear and "linked stars", where a single star target moves along a path, and the target must be hit at several points along the path.
Other minor tweaks to the game include small changes in the Diva room the head-petting game is still there with a few small modifications; the characters seem to get annoyed somewhat more easily this time around.
There are also more items to Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F 2nd allows gamers to enjoy dancing and singing along to their favourite Vocaloid songs without enduring blisters and sore feet for a week as could well be the case if they got carried away with Dance Dance Revolution.
Rhythm games first arrived on the PS1, with Vib-ribbon, Parappa, Beatmania and a whole slew of other games that would be too numerous to rattle off here.
The gameplay is essentially the eternal "press the button to match the music.
And no, that isn't hyperbole.

Naturally, There is no reason reason to comment on the immensely popular Vocaloid known as Hatsune Miku.
Nearly 10 years ago I was looking for something, ANYTHING, good to play on the PSP.
I saw this Japanese only game called Project Diva and it had some great reviews by other importers.
After importing the game and jailbreaking my PSP, I discovered Hatsune Miku, and immediately began converting others.
F 2nd is the fifth complete game in the series, and was released in North America on both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita.
I've owned the PlayStation 3 version since launch day, but only recently started collecting Vita games.
I have to admit I think it's actually more fun on the Vita, mostly because of the nostalgia of playing the first three games on the PSP back in the day.
In my personal opinion, the Project Diva series of games I was once dispatched by Jeff Rothschild to help out Id Software on Quake's networking code on DOS.
After I was done with the work, I was invited by Carmack, Romero, and Cash to a friendly LAN game of Quake.
As you can imagine, I'm not a great first person shooter FPS gamer, nor is the FPS my favorite choice of genre.
However, I'm cheap and love a good deal, so when PSN had a sale on Killzone Mercenary and I saw the rave reviews online, I picked it up.
I tried the first mission and died very quickly, and so dismissed it as being too hard for a noob like me until I bought my brother a PS Vita Slim for his birthday.
Unlike This one has a lot of glowing reviews extolling the virtues of the best first person shooting game for the vita.
Those reviews are well deserved too.
I tried the online multi player recently, and there are still lots of games going on.
However, for me it's going back to a game and just playing for the sheer hell of it that keeps me coming back.
There are so many weapons and special items combinations you can use to take on each mission in a variety of different ways.
If you prefer to snipe, run and gun, or even just blow everything up, you can do what you want.
But it's the simple choice of how to approach each mission that gets me.
You can run in all guns blazing, trigger every alarm and have extra enemies to fight.
And that is a lot of fun.
Or you can choose to This has to be one of the best looking games on the Vita at the moment.
The graphics are stunning, the gameplay is super smooth and fluid.
The controls are easy to understand and get adjusted to as well.
The game makes use of touch screen controls when hacking doors and what not.
You can also use the touch screen to buy items and select things in the menus.
I haven't played much of the campaign yet.
I've done the first mission so far and it was action packed and I was pleasantly surprised with the action that went on in just the first mission.
One of the bigger selling points for me on this game was - is the online still poppin?
Are there players still on the game?
The answer is yes.
I just got the game in today, and so far I've played probably around As far as Mortal Kombat--or any fighting game, for that matter--goes, the unbelievable amount of content here is beautiful.
Not only does this include everything in the Komplete Kollection for consoles The original + All DLC for itbut it adds a massive "Bonus Topic all car racing games can Tower" that includes Vita-specific minigames that are all very well-done, as well as Vita-specific control schemes to be used, not the least of which includes touchscreen-activated fatalities, which do not require any attack commands to perform, hence removing any accidental inputs that could potentially end the match with a jab instead of the fatality intended.
There are neat little touches everywhere, and it's easy to see that the developers made sure people were going to like this, and Vita users in particular were going to like it, even if they already have the Komplete Kollection.
There are a few minor gripes, but one is not Written by my son, the gamer: "Being new to the Mortal Kombat universe, I bought the game because of the good reviews the game received, and I was not disappointed.
Upon starting the game, I noticed how creative the main menu was; an animated scene with Scorpion punching Sub Zero was certainly original, and is certainly high quality in its excellent graphics.
Reflecting the menu, the game quality was fantastic, and will be a game to keep forever, for these reasons: Story Mode: The story mode begins with Raiden and Shao Kahn in the future, without much context.
So, this made eventually building up to that event all the more interesting.
Pros - The story portrayed from 16 different perspectives was immersive; the beautifully constructed storyline makes this game as good as it is.
For the seven hours or so the story mode lasted, I couldn't put it down.
Good: There's a lot of content in this game, mainly being the characters, the bonus "DLC" included, and all the game modes.
The game has all the original characters from the Mortal Kombat series and even characters from other series such as Kratos from God of War and Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street.
So no need to worry about WHO you can be.
Most people who don't have the game would miss the "mini-games.
Lastly, there's the option to buy other bonus content such as alternate clothing, Great games that are beautifully read article />That's not what I'm here to say.
If you are buying this game USED, be warned, FFX-2 is obtained through a DOWNLOAD CODE that was included with the game when it was NEW.
It's likely that the CODE has already been REDEEMED if you are purchasing it USED.
I'm not blaming the seller I just wish it had been more clear.
This being the case, the used copies are prices as if you were getting a SINGLE game.
I really can' complain that much.
Just do some research first.
If I remember right the Vita was 350 dollars at the time and I bought it for the sole purpose of playing this game on the go.

FFX has aged gracefully and the charm the voice actors brought to this game is amazing!
It feels like your right at home with them standing next to the party as you play on your Vita which is up close and personal.
It brings you into the world like nothing else.
What a great What a treat this title is for people that missed out on the initial releases over 10 years ago.
Not only are do you get upgraded graphics, but also the International versions of each game, which many missed out on due to the PS2 being region restricted.
I recall those days of frustration well, but enough of the nostalgia, on to the games themselves.
As a preface, if you've not played this yet, better to start with X, as X-2 is a direct sequel, and though things are vaguely explained in X-2, you'll be more or less lost regarding the story.
At least watch Youtube videos or something to catch yourself up.

Final Fantasy X is a traditional turn based format.
Three party members on the field at a time, and an action bar gives Oh my goodness, I adore this game.
I played Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc several years ago and actually started this sequel right after I finished THH, but for whatever reason I stopped playing within a few hours in.
The beginning I think is a bit slow if you're coming straight from the heart stopping end of the first game, so I think I got thrown way off.
Recently I came back to gaming with vengeance and decided to restart this guy - SO GLAD.
I think it's pretty crucial to have played the first game - HIGHLY recommend you don't skip the first game!!!
It may not seem like it initially but you'll thank me.
With oodles of text, a quirky and motley cast of adventurers trying to get along and hopefully escape, hints and clues regarding the motives of the kidnappers and also those of the classmates are sprinkled quite regularly.
The "Social Links" are augmented with Hope Fragments think of them as fringe benefits which must then be used to acquire and equip skills to make trials easier.
The interactive real-time action sequences during trials is nothing at all like they were in the first game.
Although some mechanics are still present one-on-one debates, the Improved Hangman's Gambit, and a faster-paced version of Bullet Time Battle.
Perhaps the most annoying mechanic is the slashing one-on-one debate.
While regular statements can be simply sliced out of contention, contradictory phrases must be refuted as though I REALLY want.
Simply because they changed the whole feel of the game for those who played pt.
Other uneasy changes like being pressured into raising pets and leveling up, especially for trophy hunters like me.
On another note there were interesting changes like new side stories like Usami battles.
They even got a vending machine so you can purchase the presents you want.
Storyline wise the characters are likable with the exception of the boring photographer.
Monokuma is twice as enjoyable and Usami is as well.
For those who DIDN'T PLAY PART 1, no worries This is without a doubt, one of all vita game reviews finest games on the vita.
It's hard to really put into words, but the world in this game just feels ALIVE.
Every time there is even a small advancement in plot, the dialogue of every single NPC available changes.
I could tell you the names of a dozen NPCs you see throughout the course of the game, about their life and struggles.
You meet the families of your NPC classmates when you go to the towns they tell you they're from.
You can meet and talk to your NPCs and then they do what they tell you they're going to do.
Someone mentions baking some cookies for a classmate and later you get a side quest about it.
You hear some kids planning something mischievous and then it actually happens.
You meet a family in a random house and as you progress through Wow--this game exceeded all of my expectations.
The plot was deep and the characters all had an interesting dimension to them.
The combat system is very rewarding once you get used to it.
However, it's sometimes hard to understand how certain skills work.
For example, if you're a real master of this series, you know you can abuse Chrono Burst to get the results you're looking for.
You also know the strategies and formations you need in order to win every battle.
Even on Nightmare mode, the game is not too hard, but it presents a worthy challenge.
The story is fun, the graphics are whimsical, and everything just works perfectly together.
The only regret is that the third installment will not be available on the Vita.
I was very, very depressed about that.
I picked this game up based off of a lot of comparisons to Persona 4 Golden.
I really enjoyed that game and thought I would give this one a spin.
Now in reality, how close in likeness are the two games?

I honestly feel that this game is worth buying a vita for, it's that freakin good.
When I'm playing it I seriously forget I'm playing a portable game because of the level of depth and quality that has been put into it from the graphics, sound, gameplay and the amount of content in it is remarkable.
Bottom line is it is worth your time and money.
It's kind of sad that many people won't get to experience this Uncharted due to the Vitas weak popularity, real shame.
Was sort of blown away by this game.
It had all the right ingredients to make a great game.
The graphics, I thought, were brilliant.
I spent a lot of time just staring at the scenery.
It was hard to imagine how this could be a handheld game.
The story was interesting, the characters were great.
The acting very thoughtful and genuine.
And the gameplay best of all.
Aside from all the jumping and swinging and shooting you need to do.
There are also puzzles that need to be solved, collectibles you need to gather, and even variances in the type of gameplay you have.
All of it keeps you interested right to the end.
It really does show what the vita can do.
And if we had more like this I feel it could still be a hit.
However, the end had come.
But that's ok because you This is still one of the best vita games out there!
It has amazing graphics and gameplay.
I can only imagine how I would've looked had the dev made this further into the vitas life cycle knowing more about the hardware and development tricks.
Either way it's a great game.

I don't tolerate lazy storytelling, shallow characters, or bad art, which unfortunately make up a lot of the official English-translated otome market.
So with that in mind, I have to say: It's been a while since I've played such a high-quality otome game.
There are a few flaws that I should note: a couple of the character routes aren't as well-written as they could have been, and there are some very distracting typos in the game text.
But overall, Code: Realize's story is incredibly engaging, the characters are fun and likable, and the art all vita game reviews beautiful.
I'd like to say that I'm a fan of otome games, but I can't.
I want to like them, but I always end up having too many issues with them to be able to fully enjoy them.
Many times this has to do with the heroine herself.
Too often I find myself playing an otome game where I can't stand the character I'm playing as, can't relate to her at all, and never want to.
I avoid spending too much money on otome games for this reason, and yet something about this game interested me enough to get it anyway, even though I was almost certain it'd be a waste of money.
You play as a girl named Cardia, stuck waiting for her father's return alone in a mansion due to the poison in her body that will melt anything she touches.
I loved this game so much.
Each storyline was so unique and creative which also means that the characters' personalities themselves were very different.
The game also has plenty of comedic moments that actually made me laugh out loud.
The heroine is actually a very strong protagonist that grows and develops beautifully through the story unlike a lot of Otome games.
The art is gorgeous.
A couple of storylines made me bawl like a baby to be honest but I loved it.
The soundtrack was also pretty cute.
There were a few that were kind of annoying but they didn't last long.
I'm obsessed with this game and I can't wait for future blessings to come out next year.

While addressing a problem in the town, adol recovers his memories of exploring the Alot of people who either own a vita or are planning on getting one surely say that this game is a must have, even though i wasn't following this game since its previews.
I did stumble upon the previews and thought it looked very interesting.
So i decided to pre-order the game and after playing it i will have to agree with what people say about the game being a must have in your vita collection.
There really is no game out like gravity rush, very unique and engrossing.
The game is fun and funny, it can also be challenging with the combat mechanics of course, with reviewers complaining about how bad it can be i really don't agree with them.
Yes, it would be nice to have more moves in your small arsenal but once you get used to the mechanics you will like it more, Still giving a 4 star, though.
While unique to Vita, I think I am going to try the remake version on PS4.
I tried to play for a while on my Vita, but I got motion sick pretty quickly and the game itself was beginning to tire me out, in a bad way.
The art style, presentation, and premise is still appeal to me though.
Even playing for a few mins or so, I can see the promise of the world of Gravity Rush.
I like the comic presentation for the story; on how the protagonist talk to others and learn just what the heck is going on.
Too bad I am prone for motion sickness to play this without a headache : Oh well.
Good thing there is a remake.
Short Review: Playing this game takes me back to the early 2000's during the PS2 golden age of gaming.
It really feels like a Japanese PS2 game both visually and creatively.
The game is fun.
I actually really got into it.
I will say though that I don't care about the fighting very much.
The aerial acrobatics can get all turned around because of the gyroscope and auto-cam functionality.
It seems to lose gyro center very easily.
Causing you to force the camera with the right stick which is much slower to rotate.
Other than that, it is fun and exciting to "fall" around the world.
The demo didn't do this game justice.
From what I remember it contained the intro, some story elements, and a battle scene.
I didn't like the fighting mechanics at all and dismissed this game thinking "they're just going to make me fight wave after wave of monsters" Wow!
I gotta say, Ive owned plenty of need for speed games since the PS1 days.
But Ive never been a huge fan.
To be honest, the best driving game I ever played to date has been Blur because of the speed, challenges, and all the other non driving elements it added to the experience shunting someone into oblivion at top speed to take 1st place!!
LOVE IT This game offers the same excitement!
EA did a great job with this game.
The only thing to mention is it is harder to see some things on the small vita screen upcoming traffic, OSD, etc.
The graphics arent as polished as the PS3 version either, but they did a great job of not leaving anything out of this version.
Also, the game is not cross save.
So your game is independent from the PS3 version if Fun game, but has a very short single player mission.
The car selection is vast, but the progression of the game is linear and uninspired.
Find a car, get first in 5 races, upgrade a few parts, then find a new car and do the same.
When you have enough points, you can challenge a "boss" car.
That's pretty much it.
I wish they had more types of races, more options for upgrades, more modes and cars that were harder to find.
Entertaining diversion but it has serious flaws.
The hardware cannot actually handle the game.
The fastest cars cause serious lag as the vita struggles to render the environment.
The physics make very little sense.
You can ram another racer or cop at full speed but if you graze a civilian you automatically crash.
The crash cutscene is unskippable and lasts about 3 seconds.
You cannot access the menu at this time which is frustrating.
Oncoming civilians are hard to identify due to the graphics and often seem to appear out of nowhere.
There are speed To make this short and sweet, little big planet vita and super mario land for the 3ds are the two best games I've played in the past 6 years.
I would actually amazing games racing car all to say that little big planet vita is better than super mario land, because it's much more diverse when considering the downloadable levels and level designer with all the mini games included.
People are complaining about the length of the game, but I think it's the same length as super mario land.
I will probably play through it around 4 more times as I did the same with mario land.
The only problem I've seen so far is that I preordered it and I can't redeem my free bioshock mini pack.
In closing, trust me when I say that this game is worth buying a vita for.
Also, think about how cool it is to be able I'm 45, and probably too "big" to be playing these games.
But I don't give a crap, they're fun!
I love this game so far.
There are costumes and stickers you can earn as well which allows for creative input.
If you've played LBP you know what to expect.
In addition to the standard console experience, levels also incorporate touch interactions, which is interesting, but a little annoying when trying to go between the touch and button controls.
WARNING: the online pass voucher included was EXPIRED when I tried it.
I'm assuming the marvel super hero edition about to come out will have a valid voucher.
So you may want to wait for that.
I always wanted to like LittleBig Planet, and as the product listing specifies, Tearaway is from the makers of that series.
Something kept me from getting into LBP, despite my multiple attempts, though I can say that I am not experiencing the same pushback from Tearaway.
Like LittleBig Planet, Tearaway is a game that lives outside the box, requiring players of all ages to engage in many ways, not merely by hacking, slashing, and button-pushing.
A significant part of the game play requires use of the rear and front touch panels, as well as pausing the game action for the player to make items from virtual construction paper to decorate various characters and other things along the journey.
Many decorations are included, but if something isn't, just make it.
These decorations work much like LBP's stamps, and can also be used to redecorate one's own character.
Other fun parts of the game Such an adorable, cute and fun game!
It LITERALLY puts YOU in the game using the PS Vita's camera!
I had nothing but doubts and fears about this game before playing it, even after watching reviews of it online, but I am so, so glad that I bought it because it brought me so much joy playing and there is so much replay value to it as well!

I picked up a Vita bundled with my Playstation 4.
I had heard great things about this game, and it was among the first I purchased right off the bat.
People talk about the Vita having a lack of games, but I'm not finding that to be the case; there are enough AAA+ titles to keep me occupied for a year, and the Vita only seems to be picking up steam now that the PS4 has become so embedded as the lead console for multiplats and Sony's great exclusives.
This, is another great, great Sony exclusive.
I played Little Big Planet before, and while I appreciated the creativity and innovation, the gameplay was not really enough to hold my attention.
When I learned that the same developers made this title, I was afraid I might have the same reaction.
I definitely did not, though.
The game arrived, and I was like "Well, hope it doesn't disappoint".
Popped the card in, and right off the bat I was surprised at the depth of customization in the game.
It's insanely good I uploaded a few pics so you can see the variety in which you can come up with.
I made about 5 styles.
Males are "The Transporter", "Hip Hop", and what I call my "Assassin" style.
The 2 female styles are "Goth" and "Spy".
Overtime, you unlock different colors, accessories, decals, slogans, and outfits.
The beginning of the game can be quite tedious for some, as you are very limited to what you are allowed to due.
Due to your rank.
But the way they implement it makes sense, and makes you "feel" Having seen a feature on FREEDOM WARS some months ago, I was very interested in getting the game for my Vita.
Seeing that it also came from the makers of GOD EATER, a favorite game of mine, I hoped that FW would be as good.
The graphics are the best I've seen on the Vita, and the whole "take missions to reduce your sentence" brings to mind the film ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK.
Gameplay is not complicated, with solid controls for your character.
I recommend FREEDOM WARS, and frankly, the price is perfect.
Great game, fun combination of combat and maneuverability.
They move quickly using the same skill you posses, only much faster than you could possibly ever react in the game with your controls, they have god like aim nailing you with close range weapons from the other side of the map consistently.
After awhile your victories become painfully luck based.
Don't even get me started on trying to avoid the melee users and their ability to dodge bullets while charging you head on.
I try as much to support otome games here in the US since it's a niche market and titles are rarely localized.
I highly recommend Collar x Malice because it's such an interesting read.
The art and music is beautiful and immersive you see cellphones pop up, you hear beeping sounds, etc.
The voice actors are superb.
I have bought other titles such as Hakuoki, Norn9 and Code:Realize and while they have high reviews and the art for the last two are fantastic, I found all three to be a snooze-fest.
The translation for Collar x Malice isn't perfect but it's pretty good.
I haven't finished the game yet, but overall, I think it's worth the money.
I would love to give this game 4.
Like past aksys games the translations are always slightly off and I noticed the names are mistaken sometimes.
Like there was this one time Sasazuka looked up but it said Okazaki looked up.
Another instance is when Okazaki took my hand but it says Yanagi took it.
I was confused at first but got used to it.
Overall I'm on my first route rn and I gotta say I'm loving it if I ignore those trivial issues.
The graphics are fluid and the music is fitting.
I love the mystery component as well though that's a personal opinion.
Edit: I absolutely adore the moments we get to see things from the guy's POV which is new for me.
Plus the translation and occasional mistakes don't really bother me as much now that I got used to it Edit This game was awesome!
It did exactly what I wish all otome games would do, each route was different enough that it never felt repetitive.
I really liked the art, the characters were interesting and different enough, and I really like that the focus was on solving the X-Day mysteries rather than the romance.
The bromances in this game were unexpected, but really appreciated.
And Hoshino even gets female friends, sure they mostly talk about her romances, but they also talk about meat link like getting drunk.
It was pretty fun hanging out with them.
But I will admit I ended up zoning out a lot during explanations about the crimes, mostly I focused on the empathy moments, and I would've liked a little more romance.
In the first playthrough you are able to get three of the characters' routes, in the second playthrough you can get Shiraishi's route, and after This is a great sequel to the first game.

It really allows you to abuse some of the fun features of the battle system.
Also if you do your orbments right, you can get some really overpowered characters very easily.
In the endgame, I have a character that can use Chrono Burst to buff all allies and then unleash an AOE effect with an item that restores 2% of the damage done as EP.
With that, your EP fills up again and you're ready to do even more buffing and spell abuse.
But what really takes the cake is the story.
It's full of plot twists and you really get immersed in it.

The game takes place after the first so its imperative you play the first so you can have more attachment to the characters overall while i liked how the story seemed for fast paced i wished there were more bonding events.
This game somewhat brings the story to a close but it makes you wonder what happens after.
The games length however depends on difficulty and how much you grind.
I spent roughly 70 hrs on my first play through that is mainly trying to 100% the game in one go which isn't possible so expect to NG+.
I was surprised to see the game ship with the artbook in a padded yellow envelope and with an extra box around it.
I wasn't a huge fan of Muramasa or Dragon's Crown and didn't play them very long.
But Odin Sphere feels a lot more fun to me.
The combat feels very satisfying, and it's quite addictive racking up huge combos.
The difficulty on Normal seems to be a tad on the easy side, although some bosses pose a challenge.
But you can always brew up some potions which deal a lot of damage and stun enemies.
Getting that rush of excitement when you take down a boss without taking a single hit is great, and the game counts up your performance for each battle and rewards you for your skill.
I love Odin Sphere, and so happy it came to PSVita.
I had it on the PS2 and Atlus did a great job taking it from the PS2 to the Vita.
They added a few things but I can't tell exactly what it's been a while since I've played.
Also the graphics are beautiful, I was concerned it wouldn't be good or that it would be glitchy due to the transfer as some of the games don't do well to transfer over.
I love how it plays.
Played Odin's Sphere Leiftraiser on Vita and it was one of the best gaming purchases I have made in recent memory.
The game runs amazing on the Vita and is a masterclass of gaming.
With this game you would expect many hours of beautiful visuals as you would expect from Vanilla.
This is a game that is very under the radar, however should not be overlooked.
You will do yourself a great service by getting this game.
